Orders will be shipped via Standard Service unless an alternative is selected. Free shipping only applies to products that are not under the sale section or do not have cross off pricing. For Express and Premium shipping services, we use FedEx Express to handle your order. Products that are in the last chance collection or have cross off prices are not eligible for free standard shipping. These items will be free standard shipping on orders $50+
We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will ship out on Monday or the next business day.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless you received a damaged item and would like to return it.

- All products are final sale unless product is received damaged or defective.
- Pixie Sparkle only accepts returns for Item(s) that are new, unused and in their original packaging, along with all accessories.
- Items not returned in original unused condition are not eligible for a refund.
- Eligible items must be sent back within 7 days from receiving the order.
- Returns will be processed and refunded within 5-7 days of receiving returned package (subject to delays during peak seasons).
- Damaged or defective items must be reported within 7 days of receiving your package.
- Original shipping fees will not be refunded, including return to sender and refused packages.
- Pixie Sparkle only accepts mail-in return packages; no return drop-offs will be accepted.
- Pixie Sparkle is not liable for return packages lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep proof of postage/return tracking number.
