Return Policy

Online Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase, but if you aren’t here’s where you start:

Go to Contact Us at the bottom of the home page under “customer support”. The link directs to a form page where first and last name, e-mail address, and reason are required. Click on the reason drop down menu, select the option return and an order number box will appear requiring the order number provided when making the purchase. Comment on the bottom with return reason and any other additional info, then press the submit button. An e-mail will be automatically sent stating conformation of the return request. Within 24 business hours, another e-mail will be sent whether the return request has been accepted or rejected. If the return order has been accepted, instructions on how to create a shipping label and the return address will be provided in the e-mail. Depending on the return reason, shipping will be paid by the customer. Once the return order has been shipped and received, a refund will be given to the customer.

Guidelines, Rules and Important Info You Should Know About Our Return Policy:

  • Lingerie, hosiery, wigs and Last Chance sale items (ending in .00) are all final sale
  • Costumes and costume accessories purchases made October 1 - October 31 can only be returned for store credit. This applies to unopened and unworn items only, no returns or exchanges, store credit will be issued in the form of a Pixie Sparkle E-Gift code
  • Pixie Sparkle does not accept returns of any items that have been worn or destroyed, items that have been laundered, items that smell like perfume/smoke/body odor, items with pet or human hair, and anything that’s stained. Items returned in this condition will be destroyed and no refund will be issued
  • Items not returned in original condition are not eligible for a refund
  • All eligible items must be returned as a complete set (as they were purchased) and in the original unworn condition and in original packaging
  • Eligible items must be sent back within 30 days from the date of purchase
  • Eligible returns will be processed and refunded within 5-7 days. Please note-during Halloween and holiday seasons, return processing is subject to delays
  • Damaged, defective, or items received in error must be reported within 7 days of receiving your package
  • Original shipping fees will not be refunded, including return to sender and refused packages
  • Pixie Sparkle only accepts mail-in return package, no return drop-offs at our distribution center or corporate office will be accepted
  • Pixie Sparkle is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns
  • You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s). Please keep the proof of postage/return postage receipt as we may need that information to track your returns

Reserved Rights for Product Returns:

  • We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
    • An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing"
    • An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
    • Potential fraudulent or criminal activity
  • Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above
  • Non-Pixie Sparkle items sent to our distribution center will be discarded upon receipt

Order Changes:

  • We are unable to make any changes to order once it’s been placed in our system. Please review your order carefully before submitting
  • We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase

Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Items:

Should you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please feel free to contact our Customer Care team via the Contact Us Form. Once your request is received, we will reach out to help resolve the issue.

Returning By Mail:

All returns must include an order packing slip that clearly indicates which items are being returned. If this is not filled out correctly, your return may experience issues in processing.
