We want you to be happy with your purchase, but if you aren’t, here’s where you start:

Go to Contact Us at the bottom of the home page to find our email & contact information. Please send any return request emails with the order number, product names being returned, and the reason for the return included.

Guidelines, Rules, and Important Info You Should Know About Our Return Policy:

  • All products are final sale unless product is received damaged or defective.
  • Pixie Sparkle only accepts returns for Item(s) that are new, unused and in their original packaging, along with all accessories.
  • Items not returned in original unused condition are not eligible for a refund.
  • Eligible items must be sent back within 7 days from receiving the order.
  • Returns will be processed and refunded within 5-7 days of receiving returned package (subject to delays during peak seasons).
  • Damaged or defective items must be reported within 7 days of receiving your package.
  • Original shipping fees will not be refunded, including return to sender and refused packages.
  • Pixie Sparkle only accepts mail-in return packages; no return drop-offs will be accepted.
  • Pixie Sparkle is not liable for return packages lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep proof of postage/return tracking number.
  • You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s).

Reserved Rights for Product Returns:

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns due to irregular or excessive return history (e.g., "wardrobing").
  • We may refuse returns for items worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer due to irregular activity.
  • Non-Pixie Sparkle items sent to our distribution center will be discarded.

Order Changes:

We cannot make changes to an order once it has been placed. Please review your order carefully before submitting.

We do not take responsibility for lost or incorrectly delivered shipments due to incorrect address information provided at checkout.

Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Items:

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Care team via the Contact Us Form. We will assist in resolving the issue.
