This Privacy Policy describes how (“”, “Pixie Sparkle”, “Pixie Sparkle LLC”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) collects, uses, and shares personal information of users of this website, (or any successor URL) (the “Website”). We reserve the right to periodically update this Privacy Policy and reserve the right to change the provisions of this Privacy Policy or our privacy practices at any time. We encourage you to review this Website periodically and we will alert you that changes have been made by updating the Effective Date of the Policy. Your use of the Website signifies that you have read and understand this Privacy Policy, and constitutes consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy and any changes in this Privacy Policy as in effect on the date of such use in addition to our Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”). IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY, PLEASE DO NOT USE THE WEBSITE.

The type of information we gather online falls into the following categories:

Aggregate Website Usage Information:
We collect and store information about the pages viewed by all of our Website visitors. We may then use this data in aggregate form to identify overall visitor behavior patterns. Our goal in using this information is to improve our Website by making it more responsive to the needs and preferences of our users. Our Web servers automatically collect information about each visitor who requests Website pages, including your computer's internet protocol (IP) address. This IP address allows us to identify your computer on the internet so that the Web content you request from us can be sent to you. Other information collected automatically may include, but is not limited to, the operating system you use to access the Website; the type of Internet browsers you use; information about the way you use the Website; information associated with your Internet service provider; the content you view and/or download, search terms you enter, features you use, and the date and time of your visits to the Website. From time to time, we may provide portions of this aggregate Website behavior information to vendors, consultants, potential advertisers or news agencies. We would typically do this in order to demonstrate the amount of interest in our Website and/or to plan for technical infrastructure improvements.

Voluntary Registered Shopper Information:
If you visit our Website and plan to receive future newsletters to learn about our later development and promotion, or to purchase our products, you will need to sign up our newsletter or to register an online account. The information you provided during these processes are first and last name, email address (used as the username in login), password, phone number, which may or may not include the day and month of your birth. All such information is collectively referred to herein as “Personal Information.” We may also use third parties such as Shopify to process your payment or process your account registration. You may use this username and password to login to your online account to check your order history, order status, order’s tracking number, and etc.

Online Order Information:
If you choose to purchase products from the Website, we require the following information in order to fulfill your order: We request an e-mail address during the order process so that we can send an e-mail confirmation message acknowledging the receipt of your order. This message contains your name, address, customer number (if applicable), the list of items you purchased, an order reference number, a confirmation of your shipping method, and the total amount of items requested. Please note that this confirmation e-mail does NOT contain your credit card number.

Click-Stream Data, Cookie Technology, Clear GIFs, and Usage Data:

Any information that these third parties collect via cookies and web beacons is not linked to any Personal Information collected by us. Cookies may be persistent or stored only during an individual session.

Clear GIFs (a.k.a. web bugs, beacons, or tags) are small graphic images placed on a web page, web-based document, or in an email message. We do not use clear GIFs to collect Personal Information about you; however, we may use clear GIFs to capture statistical usage information for our Website or the services and products offered through the Website. We may correlate this information to a user to personalize the user experience and for statistical analysis of user experiences on our Website.

These widgets may collect your IP address, your web browser user information, store and retrieve cookies on your browser, embed additional tracking, and monitor your interaction with the widget, including correlating your applicable social media account with whatever action you take within the applicable widget (such as e.g. “liking/sharing/recommending” our webpage), if you are logged in to such applicable social media. For more information about how this data may be used, see, as applicable,

We also maintain log files that contain IP addresses. In general, we may use log files to monitor traffic on our Website, to troubleshoot technical problems, and to potentially report aggregate information to our advertisers. In the event of user abuse of our Website, however, we may block certain IP addresses or console IDs, as applicable. If available, IP addresses and console IDs may be used to personally identify you in order to enforce our Terms.
