Shipping Options

From 12/23/24 to 1/2/25 our fulfillment centers will be closed for the holidays. Any orders placed during this time will be shipped on 1/2/25

Orders will be shipped via Standard Service unless an alternative is selected. For Express and Premium shipping services, we use FedEx Express to handle your order. Products that are in the last chance collection or have cross off prices are not eligible for free standard shipping. These items will be free standard shipping on orders $50+

We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will ship out on Monday or the next business day.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless you received a damaged item and would like to return it.

Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO:

We offer shipment to these locations. The rate is $9.95. The shipment typically takes 7-14 business days depending on the destination.

Order Tracking:

  • Via Online Account: After shipping, your account will be updated with the shipping carrier’s name and tracking number. Go to "My Account" > "Order History" to view the order summary.
  • Via Email Notification: You will receive an email with the carrier's name and tracking number after your order ships.
  • Via Mobile Phone Notification: You will receive a text with the tracking number. Standard SMS fees may apply.
