Important COVID-19 Notice:
The overwhelming increase within small parcel carriers and/or zip code restricted delivery zones may create an additional delay in the delivery of your order. Please check the updated tracking link in your online account or the shipping confirmation email for the most updated information on the delivery of your order.

- Order will be shipped via Standard Service unless you select an alternative.
- For Express and Premium shipping services, we will be using FedEx Express service to handle your order.
- We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
- Orders placed on Friday to Sunday will ship out on Monday or next business day.
- We do not currently offer a next day Saturday delivery option.
- You will only be charged for the items that are shipped to you, along with applicable shipping and tax charges.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless you have received a damaged item and would like to return it.
- We will use USPS or FedEx to ship to most locations. Alternative carriers may be selected at our sole discretion to meet shipping requirements. Your final shipping cost is displayed at the point of checkout.
Alaska, Hawaii, U.S Territories and APO/FPO/DPO:
We offer shipment to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Virgin Island, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, Palau, APO/FPO/DPO. The rate starts from $9.95 plus $5 per additional lb. Depend on the destination, the shipment normally takes 7-14 business days.
We offer the following ways to track your order-
1. Via Online Account
After your order has shipped, our system will update your order details with the shipping carrier’s name and tracking number. Go to “My Account” located on the top right corner to review your order. On the Order History page, you can click the order number in pink, which will direct you to the order summary. The tracking number is located under product name. Clicking on the tracking number will link you to the shipping carrier’s website, where the delivery status of the order an be viewed.
2. Via Email Notification
After your order has shipped, our system will send you an email notification with the shipping carrier’s name and tracking number. Clicking on the tracking number will link you to the shipping carrier’s website where the delivery status of your order can be viewed. If you don’t see the email in your Inbox, please check your spam filter or contact us for help.
3. Via Mobile Phone Notification
After your order is shipped, our system will send you a text notification with the shipping carrier’s name and tracking number. Clicking on the tracking number will link to the shipping carrier’s website where the delivery status of your order can be viewed. Please note that SMS fees may apply.
